Warpspeed Y pipe

After getting quotes of $360-$524 at two muffler shops to replace my stock Y pipe on 92 VG Maxima I am considering getting the Warpspeed Mandrel bent pipe. I did read search and read comments but wanted to hear from others if this is an easy drop in fit except for the rusty bolts on original. I'm due state inspection and doubt I will pass with the old pipe. Thanks

The problem as mentioned is the rusted bolts, especially the ones that connect it to the converter. Those things might as well be welded on they are so tight.

I just got mine, it's sitting in a box in my room. My dad is good friends with a mechanic so he is going to do it for me.
