what spings to get for a 90 gxe with 18s

right now i have factory springs and struts. but i want to lower it some with new rims. i think 2 inch all around might be to much. the springs on it right now might be old. the front right now looks like it should have a 2 inch drop, but the back with full gas and about 200 pounds of equipment in the back makes the back look lower. could the factory springs be worn out and not take weight very well? and what springs do you use for 235/40/18 if anyone is using something simmalar?

thanks.

with that tire/rim combo I do not recommend lowering that car. as damage to the tire WILL occur

if you don't want to go that low, then stick with Eibach springs. they're about 1.25" drop.. sus tech are a little bit lower, but not a lot.

with my old Max on Eibachs and 200lb of stereo in the trunk, I didn't have any problem with the back end sagging.

That really depends on the offset of the wheels, and his driving habits.

If you are looking for handling, you can't go wrong with Eibachs.
