Need help on cooling fan circut. Cooling fans do not activate, even with a/c on. Temp gauge is doa also. Tried grounding temp sensors on water neck. No results. Fuses inside and under hood are fine there is also power to the #1 terminals on the fan relays. What have I missed???

this could be a few things
first you should start with testing the wires for shorts,no power, power going out of the relay, thermostat stuck(this is for the temp gauge),also the ac clutch. Just take your time and follow the wireing it is going to stop getting power at a certain point, This can be time consuming but it will guarantee results. Its likely someone could of screwed with the car, like if it was over heating and they didnt want you to know. hope this might help

You have two temp sensors on the engine also. one is for the temp gauge on the dash, the other is for the engine itself. It sounds like you've got a problem with both, possibly.
Have you done anything to/with your engine coolant or thermostat lately?

With the car running and warm, have you tried tapping/ hitting the relays? If they are sticking, this may kick them in and let you know if they need replacing. This has worked on three vehicles I've seen that were having similiar problems. Could be worth trying. The rule of parsimony is usually the best.
