fuse cover, antena, and door lock help in stl

alright, i have had my 94 for a couple of months now, and there are a couple of things that i need to do to it to make it a better car. first of the fuse cover on the drivers side is very lose, it likes to fall off when it feels like which is annoying while i am driving, i dont know of where i could get a new one of these or some quick fix.
secondly my antena is bent, it was like this when i bought it. so right now it does not retract all the way, it gets stuck about half way. and it also gets crappy reception, no this could also be the cd player that is in the car i dont really know. but what would i have to do that would fix this?
lastly, the rear drivers side door is odd, to get it open the outside handle has to be used and the inner pull up lock needs to be lifted at the same time. why the hell is that? what needs to be done to fix that?

give me your thoughts guys, cause these problems are drivin me batty

well i have never done this myself, but would heating up the antenna with a torch (lil propane ones at lowes) and then bend it back work? just an idea I had for fixing my friends, but have not gotten there, as for the fuse cover you could always put a lil electrical tape around the prong thingies on the bottom to stop some movement. yeah, just a thought, but the tape kinda a temp thing.

closer look

i looked closer at the fuse cover and i found that the bottom prongs hold fine but it is the top that is really lose. it is almost like there is nothing for it to catch on all the time.
as for heating the antena, wouldnt it have to be pretty hot to bend it back and then run the risk of messing it up more?
thanks for the ideas though

Doesn't have to get that hot.
just warm enough to add a little pliability so that it stays the way you bend it

in the door jam itself is a little lever marked child safety lock.
Or if you have an owners manual read it there.
