One thing I have noticed in this BBS is that everyone buys
from Courtesy, no matter what the part.

I would really like to know why? Maybe there is something that I do not know.

Is there someone in particular I should speak to when I call them up in Texas?

Please let me know.

Courtesy offers the lowest prices of most dealers. They carry some aftermarket products.

Talk to Kaleb

I got my tune-up parts from....

nissanwholesaleparts.com, not sure if they are any less than Courtesy, but for Nissan brand parts it sure as hell beats my local dealer!

courtesy offers a 25% discount over retail dealer prices, and they know Maximas inside and out. (at least kaleb knows 3rd gens anyway. )

the funny thing is, if you just ask your local dealer to price match courtesy's price, most of them will do it.
I hate telling you to take your business away from courtesy, but if you can get the part TODAY for the same price you can mail order, which would you choose? (it's a money/math thing here, not opinions...)

I just bought some parts for my '93 GXE (three fuel injectors,
o-rings, upper manifold and intake manifold gaskets) from
Utimate Z out of Chicago for $264.52, the dealer price on
these parts was $352.69. I paid $8 shipping and no tax
since I am in Indiana, so I still saved money over trying to
get the dealer to knock 25% off because taxes would've been
$13.23. There is only one Nissan dealership within about
sixty miles and I seriously doubt they would've given me
25% off these parts...and they would've had to order them
for me as well. These were OEM Nissan parts and were
identical to the parts I got from the dealer in January when
I replaced one other fuel injector...and one of the gaskets
the dealer sold me was the wrong one - Ultimate Z caught
this when I ordered the parts from them and sent me the
correct one.

My sister just bought a '94 GXE and I told her that if she
ever needs any parts, call me and I'd get in touch with
Ultimate Z for her.

Nothing wrong with Courtesy, I just found my own parts
supplier closer to home...

Thanks Matt for your most informing point.

However, I would appreciate if you or anyone else could clarify something.

Are the prices listed on "Courtesyparts.com" reflect the 25%
discount?

Thanks.
