i wouldnt bother with the factory cupholder for the third gen, most people just end up with a saab single din holder.

The problem is you cannot super-size your drink at McDonald's and keep it in the cup!

The thing that sucks about the cup holder is that the first holder is too small to fit anything. The second one only fits medium cups and then its not deep enough to really support the base of the drink, once you accelerate too hard or make a hard turn it flies right out of darn thing.

I had an escort rental car this summer and wend over a massive speed bump going 50, and the drink flew out and smashed against the passenger window....should I be trading my max for one of those?
