I got he replacement part at courtesy-nissan but one problem.. I take off the 10mm nut and get the old one unplugged.. now I realise the old one has something attached to the bottom ( some kinda yellow rotating thing ) AND MY NEW PART DOES NOT! What needs to be done ? Any suggestions will be helpful.. thanks guys!

It is not supposed to come with one

remove the clip on your old one holding it on, then pull off the yellow part and put it on your new one, it is really easy.

but still..

OK I replaced the sensor my speedometer is still fluctuating ...I think the problem is the head unit (ie the guauge itself) -

Could I just get a used one or use an old cluster set from another 3rd gen maxima and install myself?
