What now!!!!

Well, I was in the process of changing the timing belt on my 91 maxima. Got the friggen crank bolt out without too much effort, but I needed a puller to get the crank pulley off...

ANYWAY, I used a three jaw gear puller and attached the jaws to the outter edge of the pulley and started pulling. (This is the only tool I had available to me) It was working great till I heard CRACK. The pulley must have got off kilter a bit and bound and a 2 inch wide by 1/4" piece of the pulley broke off. The lip part that holds the A/C belt in place.

What do I do now?? I was doing this job myself to save money, and I get the feeling the wreckers aren't going to have a used crank pulley. There just aren't that many of these cars around my area.

What is a new OEM crank pulley worth???
What are the odds I can just JB weld or MIG weld the piece back in place?
Has anyhbody upgraded to an underdrive pulley and have a crank pulley they can sell?

Sorry. I am in a panic. My wife is going to be ultra ****ed if my apparent incompetence and hamfistedness end up costing us more than the job would have to be dealer done.

mtcookson told me that http://mrgone.homeip.net/images/maxwheels/1.JPG has some underdrive pulleys with blemishes forsale at ~$100ish. I would pick up one of those if I was in your shoes. You will need new belts.
