I have a 92 DOHC engine. I need to replace one of my lifters. Are there any special tools or tricks with this job? Do I need to remove the cam to get to them?

No not really but you do have to be carefull w/ the vtc sprockets though. If your not very familar w/ engine work, take it to a mechanic.
