Electrical problem! need help ASAP!

Ok, scince that last attempt didnt work im going to type it out again.

I have a 94 GXE, and im getting ready to sell it. When i took out my stereo i wasnt caful enough with the wiring and must have shorted someting out. Anyways, the following things no longer work now that i have the factory radio hooked back up.

-interior lights dont work when a door is opened
-Keypad on the door doesent work anymore
-no green ring around the ignition when getting in the car
-whenever i shut off the car then start it back up all my radio presets, and heat controls are reset back to factory.
-power antena makes no attempt to go up or down.
-Airbag light came on, constantly

I checked all of my fuses with no luck, which leads me to believe its a fusable link thing.

Does anyone know which one i blew out? my manual doesent say what each one of them controls.

Thanks in advance,
Andy

hmmm, since you say all your presets reset, id say it has at least something to do with the battery, by the way your memory gets wiped, that might have to do with the keypad also. maybe a cord to your battery got snipped

It sounds like you wiped out alot of different items. My guess is a fuseable link, but I don't know where they are at. Does the car start and run? Battery ok? Do headlights, corner lights, power seats, brake lights, tail lights, windshield wipers, etc work?

it sounds like you shorted the constant 12v wire behind the radio and blew the fuse did you check ALL the fuses or just the ones like radio and lights

CHECK EVERY FUSE IN THE CAR AND UNDER THE HOOD

Did you check the underhood fuses / fusible links too?

The factory radio works fine, everything works fine when the cars runing (short of the airbag, dont know if it works, and dont want to find out).

The power wire which i had spliced from the radio touched ground i think as i pulled it through the carpet (i fogot to unhook the battery)

What do the fusable links do when they burn out, i mean how do i tell?

a fusible link either looks like an overgrown fuse or is a piece of wire (non-technical description)

If the metal is broken the fuse/ fusible link is blown
