Panel lights

Are these buttons on the panel behind the turn signals and wiper switch supposed to light up?

Im not positive. On my 92 They do, and on my 94 they dont, but im a have to go with YES

yes. if they dont, the bulb is burned out.
I'm in the process of replacing mine.
