Why do you need them?

Here's mine.

Usual stuff. Y/I/JWT ecu/ks resistor. I've added the udp since then.

Shawn, I think this one is yours...

Since you haven't had time to tune all 6 MSD Ignitions yet, I'll just post pictures of the trial run for you.

You make more torque at the wheels than I do at the crank...

Would someone stop using "donkey" as references. Not only is that copying someone else, it irritating as hell.

now on read everything I say (that's technical) twice. You dont need 6 boxes if you set it up in a waste spark configuration.

93SE 5 spd, ~160k miles. only mod is advanced timing at that point.

is it just me or does jeffs dyno seem low i mean matt and davebond both put down 165 with basicly no mods and jeff put down only 10 more and he has the BIG 3 major modds done i would think he should have seen at least 180-190whp

any opinion on this jeff or was your car not running completely right

subs- matt put down easily another 10 torque and I dont know what kind of weather that was in, but when Jeff/Dave dyno'd it was a rather cool, wet day.

Jeff doesn't have the CAI portion installed, and also Matt and Jeff do not have stock wheels installed. (well Matt might have at that point, but I dont think he did).

If I was dave, I'd be wondering where that extra 10lbs/ft went. I know I sure am.

I had my 16" Enkeis on. weigh almost identical to the factory wheels/tires.

that might be part of Jethro's descrepancy, as he's running some huuuge Rustang rims on his..

the day I dyno'd mine, it was about 45-50 outside, but about 65 in the shop. those are uncorrected numbers if I remember correctly.

The temperature outside shouldn't matter too much (they turn a fan on to provide the radiator with about 45mph of wind), it'd be the atmospheric pressure that I'd be worried more about.

Jethro's car also has the performance mods that dictate that type of power that he got (especially the torque). The Ypipe, ECU and JWT intake (giant cone w/ venturi), and KS resistor fix (sure helped my car, notice the heatsoak on the dyno?) are all performance mods. No body kit, flashy wheels, giant sound system to slow Mister Benihana ($20!) down.

I'm not wondering about the lost power. Compared to Matt's dyno, it's power gained (I  Seattle's weather). Plus, I have a bad KS that retarded my timing quite a bit in that dyno. I almost want to dyno again now.

I think the reason why my HP is not that great is because I have a stock sized cat back. That's my only guess. I dyno'd somewhere near the same 175.x hp before on my crap motor but I had a Cattman Y, RT cat 2.25-ish cat back and y2k muffler. But I know my torque was nowhere near 185. Maybe the small pipe helps the torque too. I plan on switching exhaust systems for grins anyway. Maybe I'll dyno again since I have the UDP. Would like to finally get the Fidanza and ACT in also.
