rebuilding calipers

who's done it? i usually just buy rebuilt ones, but the rear calipers are 75 a piece and i dont wanna spend the money. any suggestions? any special tools needed? i did try looking around, i thought matt had a howto on his site, but i didnt see anything but a whole bunch of parts for sale . nothing on craig's site either. its probabaly in my chiltons manual, but im nowhere close to it for the next couple of days. thanks

Here's me FAQ page: www.mattblehm.com/faq

don't think it's listed in there though. the rear calipers are a PITA because of the internal parking brake mechanism. you will need a diagram or instructions or something for them..

the front ones are easy.. two parts.. but the rears have a bag of parts to replace. bunch of o-rings and seals and crap. ugh.
but if you can install air suspension, you can do this.
