hey i just took the nut off of the drivers side wiper and i am having trouble getting it off, did i miss a step or does it just take force. And do i do the same to the passenger side to adjust it.

its pretty simple...
you may be tryin to fight agains the spring, now if you take your hand and kinda push down on the arm toward the windshield and slowly slide it off... you see the spring keeps tension on the arm by putting pressure against the windshield......

not being able to see without rainX is NOT a worthy trade-off just for something that looks stupid, IMo.

MMmmm....RainX....
RainX is beautiful. In a rainsorm, I'm the only guy without my wipers going.
I got the anti-fog rainx for the inside of the windows, and it kinda sucks....well, it could be that I didn't apply it very well, but it left my windows kinda blotchy. I'll try another application and let you know how it goes. They also sell car wax.
Laternitz,
m
PS...2 wipers rock.

lol....have we not been through this many times before? lets just say to each there own and leave it at that. no need for all the "rice" and "stupidity" comments. i know how you guys feel about the safety, and i think that when someone does it they are (at least should be, unless they are a moron) aware of the obvious possible safety concern. thats all i wanna say.

like the guy that used my instructions on how to change his brake pads and bleed his system.. well, he missed the line about refilling the fluid resevoir..
And now.. instead of testing his brakes before driving off, he simply slammed the car in gear and hauled a$$ down the street.. when he gets to the end, he stomps on the pedal to see how hiw new brakes work.. well they didn't. he totalled his max. 30mph into a concrete wall.
THEN he came back and cried to ME that I didn't give him proper instructions.
After the entire board poked fun at him for being a moron, he dissappeared. he came back 4 months later with a tutorial on "how to get metallic pad performance out of your stock brakes" how? simply turn the pads around and have the backing plates rub against the rotors..
Yeah.. these guys are REALLY smart.
So my new theory: Beware of idiots.. when you see one, stomp on him until he dies, to protect yourself from being run over by him.
