Next week is spring break for me so I plan to do some maintenance on my car. I will be doing an oil change which is easy but I need some help changing my manual transmission.

Has anyone done this themselves and if so can you tell me or show me where I can find instructions on where the plugs are located and how to measure the right amount?

Also I would like to take this oppotunity to also clean and polish my intake manifold. I know some of you have done this. Can yo please help in what I would need to buy and instructions. Pics would be great. That's all.
