Control Arm Bushing!

I just read the post on the New Control Arm Bushing that everyone wants to purchase.

I just wanted to know, those that have changed the Front Lower Control Arm Bushings can tell me the basics on how to install new ones.

I want to see what sort of job am i getting myself into.
Just the basics!

I need to replace just one Driver side lower control arm bushing. I see were its broken, and I have the replacement part. My car eats through tires every 2 ot 3 months.

Any info would be REALLY REALLY GREAT!!
