I have a 91 maxima gxe with 181k miles on it and ever since I got the car it has a wierd starting problem. It won't start when its wet like when its raining fairly hard and I read some where that it could be caused by worn spark plugs or wires so I went to pepboys and bought a set of ignition wires and spark plugs for my specific car model and I am planning on changing them soon, But I just need some help or comments with this one.

no start in wet=electrical. Do a tune up with new distributor cap and rotor as internetautomar says.
