does anyone know were the turn signal flasher is on a 94 gxe i cant find it. i can hear it but i cant find it.

no im talking about what makes the turn signals flash its called the turn signal/hazard flasher in my repair manual it shows that it is to the right of the steering column but the picture is of a 95 max so it dosnt help me very much and i can hear it under the dash but i cant find it and i want to replace it so i can put in a electronic flasher that wont flash fast when a bulb is out so i can use an led bulb
