http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2459994817 Could this be the reason that my max dosent blow on the windshield defroster?? My car blow on the main vent all the time!! i mean all the time! i have flushed my coolent system like some members have told me to! so would this be the problem? 
It might be that part.
Or it could be the arm for it came loose (where it screws into the plastic). The flap could be stuck or jammed with something.
Maybe there is a short somewhere or there is a cut/worn wire.
Maybe your control on the dash is broken.
