WEIRD, outside temps effecting engine.

In the morning I start up my max (1990) and it runs great all the way to work. Once It warms up outside to 70-75 or higher it trips out. The engine will run extremely ruff and you cant even move. If you push the gas it will choke. Once it warms up all the way it will drive and actually rev up normally but still running a little ruff occasionally. Im thinking this could be some kinda sensor or something but I have know idea what it is. Any ideas?

Brian is probably right. When the temperature gets high, your sensor misreads the temperature and starts choking your engine in order no to overheat the coolant. Check that before you try anything else.
