Any Cefiro experts ?

If there is anyone here that knows how interchangable Cefiro parts are with our cars? The are not many body kits and exterior mods available for our cars and I've done everything so far that I can. Just looking to do something different besides the e36 conversion that would stand out. It looks as if the front clips are pretty close, but the headlights look thinner, as in not as tall. The taillights look like they wouldnt interchange either. I saw one with a front bumper that was cool, but dont know if it was a kit or not. I'd post a pic, but it says I cant post attachments. Here's a link, it's the white one on the far right

It looks as though they are bigger cars than ours, I know they are rwd, is the front clip longer being the engine is mounted longitudally?

I researched this for about 1yr. The A31 cefiro is a bigger car than 3rd gen max's, so even if you were able to get a hold of a body kit for one, it would still have to be modified.

That "person" has a 4th gen max which is badged as a cefiro in Japan (and you've gotta admit, that grille is just fugly ).

Answer to the question: No. Apart from some interior trim pieces (mirror switch, for one), their are no common parts, so a cefiro body kit isn't gonna fit a max.

A31 Cefiro engines: majority are RB20E, RB20DE, RB20DET - all i6 with single, double cams & double cam turbo. Can't say I've seen any in the junkyard with RB25 or RB30 engines, but they may exist. Many Japanese drifters swap the RB20's for SR20's for lighter weight of the engine which puts out similar power (with less torque).
A31 Cefiro not a bad looking car - very US inspired i.e. Buick etc.

I just came back from Taiwan and Hong Kong on business, and there a ton of them over there. Most I saw were badged as V6's, and looked similar to a 4th gen. They use a lot of them for Taxi's in Taiwan. Never got real close to see the interior or anything.

those are the A32 Cefiros.... they are pretty much the same as the USDM 4th gen(V6 FWD 190hp VQ30de)....the A31s like stated above were I6 RWD RB20s, much nicer and unique IMO
