How to Change the Rear Sidemarker?
the rear sidemarker has it's own rubber grommet that is right behind the bulb
I can't remember off hand if you need to remove the trunk liner in that corner to get it off or not, but I think you can just unclip/unvelcro it where the side piece meets the rear piece and get enough clearance through there.

The grommet is actually fitted to the outside of the tail light recess to keep water out (that part of the tail light isn't sealed), which is why it's easier to remove with the tail light removed.
Non-US max's don't have side markers fitted; just grommets and blanking on the tail light - I retro-fitted rear side markers on mine
