Is this normal???

Ok, Tonight when I was working on Maxiene I noticed when I don't have my key in the ingnition and have my headlights on and put the blinker to the right 3-4 accesorie lights on the gauge cluster come on and blink somewhat as well. This does not happen when it is on the left turn signal or when the headlights are off or when the car is on with the headlights on...I just never noticed it before and wondering if maybe somthings crossed. The accesorie lights that come on are I believe the oil, battery, airbag and seat belt(they are all red) and after a few moments one goes out and the rest contuine to blink...is this normal?
