back brakes,transmission,and painted doors

when i go over 20mph and pess da brakes to slow down a grinding noise in da back of my car is heard. wat can dat be? i know da back wheels only have shoes i need help. sometimes while drivining coming out of 2nd gear can be a problems it revs to 4-5 rpms. wat can dat be?and last i painted my doors and they r really crappy i did it myself wats a better way to do it myself cause its startin to crack

well da back brakes shoes may be bad, and da rotors may be all scratched up, as for da rpm's, 4-5 rpms ain't that much, suprised it doesn't stall out in 2nd gear, i don't think my rpms go that low, just busting, how old is the tranny, it could be getten ready to go
