several on top (you can see those), 2 behind the door (open the door and you will see them), 2 under the rear part of the fender, 4 behind the corner light (2 for the light and 2 for the fender), 3 (or 4 cant remember) nuts connected to the bumper, 1 screw connecting the lower bracket in the front, several for the splash gaurd too.

This is all from memory (not going out to count the number of bolts LOL) so I may have missed a few or have wrong amounts and such but its pretty close.

I have been looking for how to get mine off - on the pass. side to work on the wiper fluid reservoir (it leaks). I had all the bolts off except those behind the corner light.

How do you get to those? Does the corner light come out on its own, or is it first the whole front bumper?

The corner light has one screw on it that connects to the upper part of the light bracket. Unscrew that and then pull out gently because there is a ball lock on the bottom and tabs in the back.

I worked on my reservoir just by taking the fender liner out though. I think I took it all the way out without even taking the fender off but I cant remember.
