I think he said that he crashed his car and that's why he took it off to sell it. That always sucks.

All I see is it saying the underside is scraped up..

Also, unlike stated in the auction, the piping isnt stainless steel.. it's just painted steel.. and the muffler canister and tip are stainless steel, not chrome.

Just FYI for anyone who doesnt know better

I want a new whole cat-back system... but I heard that the greddy rust. Is that true? What is a good system to get? I have a 92 SE. Should I get it all custom built?

I think custom built might be a little cheaper, especially considering you have to pay shipping from someone. If you have it custom built, you should find a shop that comes recommended and work with them to find the sound that you want. For example, if you want it quieter, make sure you have a good resonator. If you want the best performance, make sure it has mandrel bends and not crush bends, etc.

I don't think Greddy makes that kit anymore, but warpspeed has one.

IMO-450 new-probally gonaa be around 200 when it ends and it's like 60 for shipping to 94121=260 total. Great condition use one, I might pay half of new, but in that condition no more than 150 sented.

Good luck getting someone to build you a full on custom mandrel S/S one that's not gonna rust... 99% of muffler shops cant even do mandrel bends, and the few places that do, it's gonna be a HECKUVA lot more expensive than a new GReddy..

Sorry James, I forgot about rust. We have good shops up here, but they generally don't do stainless steel. Since we don't use salt on the roads, there isn't much of a rust problem. My car has the original cat-back exhaust and there isn't a rust spot on it.

My brother in law had a mandrel bent dual exhaust put on his chevy blazer with mufflers (don't remember what kind, but they weren't flowmasters or anything) last year and I think it cost like $275 in that area. The pipe wasn't stainless, though.
