VG auto to 5-speed swap, JWT ECU any good?
Just curious of the cost and labor involved. Would it end up costing me a fortune since I'd be having it done at a shop? Transmissions are something I never learned much about. Hindsight is 20/20. 
Also wondering if anyone has gotten the JWT ecu uprgrade for a VG 5-speed and how that worked out.

I've never owned a VG so I don't know if this applies to you; but when I did the JWT ECU upgrade on both of my Maximas, it was almost a night and day difference in performance. I mainly noticed more of a difference with my 5 spd. than I did with my auto, but nonetheless, excelent mods and a must for all maximas in my book.

Rock on... now if I can only find out if it would kill my wallet to have my fried VG auto tranny replaced with a 5-speed instead of just getting a rebuilt auto......
