Front Passenger Wheel making noise?

I get lots of noise (loud vibration inside) from the front passenger wheel when I hit rough surface or pothole. I can't visible see any problem. Any
suggestions as far as spring, struts, ball joints? No probelm driving
or handling. Just wondering if there is a common or usual problem
that is common to the Maxima. Thanks

nut at the top of the strut could be coming loose, the strut itself could be bad, bad ball joint, control arm bushing, tie rod end, etc..

if the car handles fine and doesn't wander on the highway, I would point more toward a bad strut or loose bolt at the top of the strut.
