bypassing radiator fans

Hi everyone.
I have had problems with the radiator fans for some month and I want to bypass it, thus as soon as I turn the ignition it would engage the fans. Any ideas how to do this?
I replaced the fans relays with new ones, new temperature sensor, new thermostat, and it still does not go on.
I know that having the fans on 24-7 is not good but its better than overheating the car. The fans does work because I tested them by taking out 1 of the relays and running a direct wire.
I had enough with them, please help.
Thanks :-)
