car over heating

When it around 60-80 degrees, the car runs fine but when it get around 90-95 the temp gauge goes to around hot. Change out therma stat and radiator and temp sending unit no JOY. water pump is pump, maybe not enough I guess, when I come to a red light with a/c on, temp start rising and when I start rolling again it starts to cool back down from the air flow, NEED HELP !!!!

what type of coolant are you using in the radiator? Are your radiator fans coming on? I have never heard this at all.

if it only happens with the A/c on then you have an airflow problem.
I recommend washing the radiator and condenser with a pressure washer to get all hte crap out of em.
if that don't work then you need to flush or replace the radiator.
BTW this all assumes your car sits level

Changed all that stuff, after changing all my sensors, had to bleed the system of air and it stopped over heating, that's for the help everyone.
