91 SE Valve ?

I just had some motor work done, Timing chain Adjusters, and 2 lifters. When I got it back it was fine, quiet. Know the Valve noise is back, but only periodically. Wife took it out yesterday, 2 hour drive, no noise. Around town, noise, but not all the time. Anybody have any thoughts??? Thanx in Advance.

failing oil pump, causing low oil pressure at lower rpms?
Try a different weight of oil, or maybe some STP

I'm assuming he correctly identified his year in his profile, since he states he had his "timing chain adjusters" worked on. What year is it Upstate, it makes a big difference?
