so i bought some clear corner lights from custommaxima.com for my white 93 falSE. They look great on the car the only problem is the right one dosent work at all. I changed the bulbs in it and it still wont come on. When i put the factory corner light back on it works but only the orange light works. Is this a problem with the light, fuse, wires, or what?

 

LOOK AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BULBS. Srry caps was stuck. notice wether there is 2 points or one.

I bought the wrong bulbs when i first got my clears.

 

could be a short in the wire and whenever u put the stock back in it is moved to the right way to make it work. thry putting the clear corner in and jiggiling the wires around a bit.

 

ok now allof the parking lights and the gauge lights do not work at all. Only when i press on the brake they come on but as soon as i release it cuts off.

 

Bad ground somewhere

 

sounds like you blew a fuse screwing with it.. check for loose or shorted wires now.

 

i checked all the fuses under the dash and they are fine, around what area of the car should i look for the wires. its really weird only the headlights, clock , cigg lighter, dome, and brake lights turn on. What do the brakes have to do with this. Why is it that when i step on the brake pedal the gauge and parking lights come back but as soon as i release it they cut back off. I know i need new brake pads. is that why im having this problem?

 

I had the same problem. I pushed the bulbs in too far and they were no longer on the contacts. Just put them in until they slide in to place and use no force.
