SE chugging problem

lately i noticed my car would chug if i went around turns in 3rd and what not. i started getting worse to the point where in every gear it would chug. i thought it was the convertor stopped up or somthing but i took that to get checked and they said its fine. although after they cut the convertor and flushed it out then put it back on it seemed better.. the chugging decreased. now basically when i pull out it has alot of hesitation.. it doesnt pull out smooth. any ideas? i was thinking maybe injectors but i really have no idea from here. its an 89 se 5spd w/ 150k. thanks for the help in advance.
