Read it again it's a warpspeed. Check to see if it's hitting the swaybar. You should be able to see where the metal is scratched where it rubs.

WarpSpeed pipe

Be sure to check it out carefully. You should have about 3/4 of an inch or more space between pipe and sway bar. If indeed it is hitting, I would look at my motor mounts. If you still think you have a problem, call or e-mail Dallas. We promise to work with you. These 3rd gen cars have been a pain, one pipe will fit perfect and the next has problems. We can't help you though if we don't know about it.

What's my Y-pipe hitting

i took it to my friend the mechanic's.. he said it was in fact the sway bar, so he suggested that he put a dent in the pipe... i'm a little concerned, so i said i'd get back to him. does this sound right?

Not sure who you are so I have no way of checking what you might have bought, I would give us a call on Monday toll free 866-801-9338.

I would not put a dent in the pipe, as Dan mentioned measure the clearance between top of swaybar and bottom of Y pipe. We have shipped a few pipes for some who have not changed their motor mounts with the flanges not attached so they can be custom fit to the car, that works the best. That way you can get 1 to 1-1/2" of clearance at the sway bar and replace the mounts at your leisure.

I got my WSP Y pipe installed on friday and mine too is hitting my sway bar near anytime I accellerate. I did a search and I found that the most of the time the motor mounts go bad. I did take it to the mechanic and the motor mounts seem to be fine. We did the engine "tug" test and the mounts are holding it tight. The problem is, I have about 1/4" clearance from the pipe and bar. I wonder if it still might be the mounts or not. Im very happy with my y pipe tho
