Control Bushing

They're $40 from :
http://www.oztek.us/
for both left and right control arm, so DON'T buy 2 kits. One is enough. Surprisingly, this bad boy has been sitting in my closet for over 8months!!! I changed my driver side 4 months ago. Today I am having a long weekend, so I'd figured I'll work on the passenger side. Guess what I'd found out? You DON"T need to use a hydraulic press at all if you're using these Noltec Polyuranthe bushing!!!! Check out the pic above. All you needed to do is wack it in with a heavy hammer and older shell pops right out.. Definately worth the time waiting. Not to mentioned, it's BLUE!!! My fav. color!!! ooo.
Anyway, if you're going to install these guys don't expect this is gonna be an easy project. Also, these upper arm bushings comes with both inner and outer metal shells. The outer one is already pressed on, so you don't need to worry about it. But don't press in the inner shell on once you got your package cuz there is a good chance that your older inner one is frozen. Anyway, these Noltec people are smartest folks in the world. And they sure do know how to make such excellent product. I'd definately recommended them.
