header wrapping

any good or bad outcomes of this.looks good in a mummy like way.i've done this b4 on my se-r's but never on a max..anyone out their have this done to their y pipe yet?the article states that ur under hood temperature will decrease bringing cooler air into your WAI(pop charger)..heres the link for it http://www.motorvate.ca/mvp.php/520

it'll also rust your pipe out 100X faster.
