where is the pcv valve in ve

where is the pcv valve in ve

i have the valve in my hand, but i dont know wha hose to pull, well i have searched my engine to find it, but i cant and i feel like a dork, i didnt had this problem iin my vg, but this time i cant do it. Wll thanks, btw, anyone going to see metallica in san antonio?

Rear head. Backside (of course! arg). Right below the intake manifold bracket. It's on the edge of the head on the passenger shock tower side.

Very hard to see unless you really look for it. It's also a pain to change.

im a newbie. when should someone change their pcv valve? my car sometimes hesitates around 2000rpm when driving normally. i have a ve 5spd.

every 100,000 miles........it doesn't need service as much as say your oil.....if your car has over 100k and your not sure its been replaced...replace it...it cost under $6 and it takes 5-10 to change...as for the hesitation i noticed some of mine go away after I put on my CAI/ cleaned throttle bottle for probably first time in 165k...but it could be many things

dont be surprised if the hose tears, mine did =(
