My buddy just bought a spare 90 model 300zx with a blown engine and he told me I can take what ever I want off the engine because its getting swapped out, So i was wondering what I can pull from this blown Z engine and stick on my Vg30 in my Maxima, I would do some z32 brakes but I bought some new 15inch rims so im staying with them for a while.

 

Pull the Z32 calipers and sell them. If the car is N/A then they are pretty much useless for a maxima owner, unfortunately. Pray it is a 91.

 

why would they be useless to a maxima owner? all years after 91 are the same calipers NA or TT

 

An N/A 1990 300ZX has 26mm calipers, which are essentially useless for a maxima owner (unless you want to design your own BBK with new rotors). That's why I said to pray it was a 91.
