tire size

tire size

ok, i had a bad blow out on i-80 in nj, going home form a girls house i wish i never went to visit, so i wouldn t have to get new tires, any way
i have 16 inch rims i have eibachs i was looking for 225 50 16 but i saw tire rack recomends 215 55 16 i had 215 55 16 in the front and i had 205 55 16 in the back let me know what size u think is good .

i have 225 50 on my stock 15s so i would imagine that would be fine on 16s

Tire Rack always seems to recommend something on the safe side. I would always go with the widest tire I can get. Depending on your rim size will depend on how wide a tire you can take. I would go with a 225 only if you had a 16x7 or 7.5.
