interchangable parts?

hey, i was looking through alot of this forum and was having trouble understanding which parts from other nissans could get swapped in to my maxima. i have a 1989 gxe with the vg30e engine. sorry if this has been asked alot, but some of these threads are confusing. thanks for your time.

oh, well i was thinking any part that would help the performance of my car, like brakes or rotors,rods and pistons, stuff like that. thanks

the later 87's and 88-89 300ZX's have the same engine as we do so you have quite a few options there. you can check out my cardomain site to see how i did a turbo engine swap. http://members.cardomain.com/mtcookson

As far as I know, any Maxima wheel will work. I think someone put 350z wheels on a 3rd gen.

Those pictures actually came from when it was still being put together. I haven't gotten around to getting finished pictures. I do have a HKS style filter on there though... and I'd never get one again. I dislike the foam element.
