Yeah, I've heard of them...
about a year ago, they also make the ICON ignition system too that gained about 10hp(their claim) on an '89 Maixma(VG) check their website its on there too. I'm not sure of their track record, BUT for $295 it sounds great!! My only prob is reliability, JWT has been doing Nissan-"specific" ECUs for years now and with little complaint(from what I know), so I'm thinking the $500 might be a little more assuring, but if anyone wants to "guinea pig" it, tell us the deal.........

Hmmm........
they changed the whole look of their site since I saw it last. and the section about the ICON sysytem is nowhere to be found on there...hmmmm?? The price for the chip is definently tempting though....

Last I heard neither the chip or ICON worked for Maxima's - but that was 4th gen. (They couldn't crack the code).
Maybe by keeping the thread active somebody knows for sure...

hmm...
I havent heard any good about the ICON system, but I am quite interested in learning more about the ECU. Mainly, does it work, and if so, is it like the JWT ECU? Unfortunately, I got no car to test it on, but somewhere hear must have or would be willing to give it a shot.. hehe.

Have heard of them
I have heard of them before. Quite prominent in the UK. Performance gains (whilst I have never experienced them first hand) are achievable but are best achieved inconjunction with a good intake and exhaust combo. Remeber dyno charts can be manipulated so if you go with one make sure you get the right of return if you are not satisfied.

I've simply heard that Sup. Chips would be a last resort option. I suppose there is a reason their ecu's are so much cheaper. Because they are being outsold by better developed ecu's by higher quality companies?
