How to remove backseat?

I can't figure out how to get the backseat out. I saw in the salvage yard, someone tried to lift it out and bent the corner! Isn't there clips in the front that come out? I never saw any.

Well when I took out mine, the bottom portion I just grabbed it from the bottom and just pulled up and it came out, its held in by two clips. For the top portion you have to pull down the arm rest, there will be two plastic circle covers, remove those with a thin screw driver, then once removed you will see two 10mm bolts, remove them. Then at the bottom at each corner there is two 10mm bolts, so 4 10mm bolts in total must be removed before taking out the top portion of the seat. Then once all the 10mm bolts are out just get in the middle of the seat, grab it from the back and pull towards you and up and it should come out, good luck!
