5-speed lubrication help

I had cottman change out my transmission a while ago. Ever since then the NEW clutch has been feeling rough on depressing it. In addition to feeling a lil too hard for hudro clutch to press on. Yesterday I drove through a foot and a half of water (Could not avoid it, because of the hurricane.) So water must of got in the clutch area. After that the clutch felt like brand new, real smooth depression and lighter.

So the roughness MUST be from lack of lubrication around the fork and throw out bearing.

Is there anyway to properly lubricate the pivote point on the fork and the throw out bearing without removing the transmission?

You "might" be able to do something if you take off the rubber dust cover off the TO bearing fork. If you can see in there, you "might" be able to attach a blob of high temp grease on a very long screwdriver or similar and lube the shaft that the TO bearing rides on. You might be able to do the same if you take off the starter. Won't know until you take a look.
