Is it Bad to shirt @ 7000rpm in a stock '93 SE 5-speed?

Rev limiter is 6500 or so
sometimes a bit higher

Why would you? Stock VE 5-sp certianly isn't making any power that high up. Unless you have the JWT ecu. Then it's still pulling when you hit the raised 7,200 rpm redline
