You hit a bump or pothole or otherwise impact something, and the steering wheel tries to wrench itself out of your hands as the car tries to dart around. In other words, the bump tries to steer the car. Most commonly a consequence of people getting wider, low profile tires, but there are a lot of other reasons too.

You think you have body roll? The anouncer at the last auto-x gave me the nick name "three wheeler maxima" . At the end of the day I asked my friend what corners I go on three wheels. He said pretty much all of them and he said he saw me go on two once! So I bought a set of suspension tech sway bars but I have not had the chance to test them on the auto-x course. Next one is on Nov 20th. Do you think you can come out with a coil over kit by then? Hehe im just kidding or am I? Ugh.... Well I will see what I can do about getting a video up of one of my laps.

Just about any car will 3-wheel through a corner. two.. I HIGHLY doubt it. my car will pull 1.2g in the corners on race tires, and I rarely 2-wheel it on the road course. (look at the rest of those pics above) it's almost impossible on an auto X course unless you've lifted the car, still have the stock soft springs, and are running HUGE race rubber.
