removing horn
story:
a guy was about to cut right infront of me today until i honked my horn at him. after i took my hand off the horn, a few seconds later it started to honk again by itself. i punched the horn a few times until it turned off, but then when it turned on again it didnt stop until i pulled over and removed the fuse.
problem:
i need to remove/fix the horn, but i dont know how to remove the cover. i dont see any screws on the actual steering wheel, just the column cover. my car is a 92 se with no airbag. here's a pic:

The way it is with my GXE steering wheel, and my 240sx one, put your hands in the smaller sections on the bottom sides of the steering wheel, and pull up on the center piece, it should just be secured by some clips and should just pop out
