ok. i finally got the injector replaced but somwhere along the way i broke a vacuum? hose which goes from the red valve cover in the rear to the intake plenum. is this hose so important that i cant drive to school tomorow( 60 miles round trip)? i ordered one from a dealer but it wont be in till thursday or friday (today is tuesday) and i dont want to drive my brothers 93 se because the A/T is shot to pieces

its the PCV hose right? Man those are pretty expensive since one end is bigger than the other. I ordered mine recently, but it has been cracked pretty badly for sometime. My car drives ok, but the idle is a little messed up. Is your old one just cracked, or is it in pieces, and not able to temporalily tape up?

it runs yes, but not well at idle. i think its the PCV hose im not sure. the two different sized ends sounds right. its only broken near the end so if i put the hose clamp on it forms a seal, but for how long??? i couldn't find one at any local auto parts store, they all told me to go to a dealer. i paid about 30 dollars.
