91 digital instrument cluster

My 91 Maxima digital dash goes black when car is cold and only comes on when the inside of the car heats up. Can this be fixed with a small replacement part or does the entire dash need replacement?

heres a page I found on repairing Z31 dash for same reason its about half way down. go here or you can just fix it outright proffesionaly go here
