Drivers Seat Questions

My drivers seat completely fell back a few days ago so I had to lodge my baseball bat between the seat and the backseat to keep it from leaning back too far which sucks because it's now starting to bend the support in the seat and I'm scared as hell when someone is behind me because if I get rear-ended it WON'T be pretty.I'm trying to find a black leather seat but what I'm trying to find out is -

1> How hard is it to take out and install a new drivers seat?
2> Would I be able to take the leather off the seat and put it on a cloth seat and use that instead?
3>Does anyone have a black leather drivers seat for sale (preferably in the Tri-State area) for a good price ?

The answer for number 1 is easy.

There are 2 bolts in the front. Slide the seat back all the way and unbolt the bolts, I forgot what size it is.

Next, Side the seat all the way forward. Use a #1 phillips head screw driver to remove the plastic cover piece. Then use the same size socket to take out the 2 back bolts. All together there are 4 of the same size bolts and 1 little phillips head screwdriver.

2 - depends on condition of leather...if it's hard and dry then forget about it.
