socket sizes to remove starter-to-engine bolts?

Fortunately, the ones that I left in my car weren't but that still leaves me with 8,10,12,14,15,17mm
I thought I'd rotate the tires while I was changing the front pads also, now the car's steering wheel is steer'd to the left instead of the right

For most of the stuff on the car, a 10, 12, 14, 17, 19, 21, 27, 36mm socket(having both deep and standard can prevent some headaches) will be all you need. + Philips and Flathead (a few different sizes helps too). A set of pliers and some wrenches are nice too. (I started out small but kind of kept going
)
Now's a good time to get

if matt wants to update his FAQ page for changing pads, the socket size is 14mm for the lower guide pin. there is alot of grease+dirt on the passenger side brake line where it meets up with the caliper
